Annual School Plans

Each year, schools work with their School Site Councils (SSC) and staff committees to update their plans, incorporating the latest school data to improve overall safety and support student achievement.

Comprehensive School Safety Plan (CSSP)

The CSSP feature two major components: Emergency Preparedness Plans outline each school’s planned response to an emergency or crisis, while Safe School Action Plans focus on promoting positive school cultures.

School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)

The SPSA is a comprehensive document providing details about the school’s planned actions and expenditures to support student outcomes and overall performance, and how these actions connect to the District’s Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), which lays out goals for the entire District.
