If you have a child entering 7th grade next year (2021/2022), you will need to provide documentation that they had a Tdap (whooping cough) booster shot given on or after 7 years old AND 2 doses of the Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccine. Our goal is to have ALL students provide this documentation before the end of May 2021. Please click on the link for more information.
New Student Registration is only for new students coming into the district. If your child is already attending Evergreen School District, there is no need to register again.
